Wimacons ("we", "us", "our") is a Belgian atelier. This page explains what personal data we collect through wimacons.com, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us. Currently that happens in one place: the enquiry forms on this site (Hospitality, Estates, Trade and the main Contact page). When you submit a form, we receive:
- Your name and email address
- The company, property or estate name you provide (optional)
- The project type you select
- The message you write to us
We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels on this site. We do not collect any data automatically beyond standard web server logs generated by our hosting provider (such as IP address and browser type), which we do not access or use for profiling.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, if a project moves forward, to communicate with you about it. We do not sell, rent, or use your data for marketing to third parties.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox using FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service that forwards your submission to cm@wimacons.com by email. FormSubmit acts as our data processor for this specific purpose. We do not share your data with any other third party.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the relationship or project, and in line with standard business record-keeping practice. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at cm@wimacons.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
